Every school should be thinking about a merger [Ep.37]

January 13, 2020 Peter Baron and Hans Mundahl

Every school should be thinking about a merger, acquisition, or partnership. That’s the message Chad Tew talks about on this episode of The Enrollment Management Spectrum Podcast.

Chad Tew, founder of LearnCollab a consulting practice focused on situational analysis, mergers, and acquisitions, has worked with all kinds of schools, but he says the hardest conversations are the ones that come too late. “It’s difficult to help a school if they aren’t sure they have the funds to finish the current school year” says Chad, “it’s never too early to think about this.” If your school is thinking about big steps like a merger or considering more incremental change like a local partnership this episode will be interesting and informative.
