Hello, Hans Mundahl here. I’m going to show you how PROSPECT can boost the efficiency of your college or university’s enrollment marketing by targeting the right students for your institution’s programs.

Let’s first take a look at how students are added to this dynamic recruitment tool. PROSPECT is curated by The Enrollment Management Association, creator of the SSAT, the gold standard for secondary school admission testing. Students registering for the SSAT and our other enrollment services provide their consent to join PROSPECT and connect with colleges and universities.

This means that PROSPECT consists primarily of private day and boarding school students, beginning with rising ninth graders. It also means that new students are continuously added in real-time throughout the subscription period.

Now, let’s take a look at how you can filter prospects to target students who represent the best fit for your college or university.

At the top, we can see whether students were interested in private schools with day, boarding, or online programs, as well as religious affiliations, which may influence how you want to target and message to these families.

In addition to filtering students by demographic information such as location, gender, ethnicity, and age, PROSPECT provides an extensive list of academic, art, music, athletic, and general interest activities.

One of PROSPECT's unique features is that subscribers gain access to parent contact information and demographics such as family median income and home value.

And one of PROSPECT’s most important features is the ability to sort by SSAT score percentile ranges, enabling enrollment teams to focus on potential applicants who meet their institution’s academic standards.

With new students joining PROSPECT all the time, you can sort by when they were added to avoid duplicates in your existing email campaigns.

And I love this part—you have access to the subscription data for four years with no download limits.

Due to data privacy regulations, the data files contain email aliases that we forward to the correct addresses when you email PROSPECT families, and there is a hundred and twenty thousand monthly email limit.

We look forward to helping you meet your enrollment goals with PROSPECT. If you have any questions, please reach out at prospect@enrollment.org or 609-436-6162.
