Innovative Business Models in Higher Education

August 6, 2019

With Richard Staisloff Higher education as an industry has long focused on the quality of its programs and services. More recently, institutions have turned their attention to outcomes and student success. What has been missing from the conversation is an understanding of business models in higher education and how these models may need to evolve given changes in the external environment. This presentation focuses on best practice emerging in higher education, including new tools for analysis, metrics to support financial storytelling, and processes to drive the institutional change agenda. Mr. Staisloff also shares case studies from institutions that have successfully redefined the concept of return on investment to include both net revenue and student success.
