Getting Creative with Enrollment

August 9, 2019
With Kelly Dun, Brian Beale & Allison Price During these tough economic times, it’s important for admission professionals to be flexible to keep their schools filled with the best candidates. For example, should you rethink your entry points? Do you have the applicants to support adding a section at a particular grade level? Would your JK program attract more applicants if it were a Pre-K program? Should you consider merit-based financial aid? In this workshop, presenters give examples of considered strategies, some of which have worked and others which didn’t (but might have with different planning). Presenters share the research they conducted before proposing their ideas to others and discuss the ways they prepared their community for change.
