Re-examining Re-Enrollment

August 7, 2019
With Sara Nordhoff, Director of Admission and Financial Aid, Catlin Gabel School & Mary Braun, Associate Director of Admission, Catlin Gabel School Many admission offices dread re-enrollment season due to the resources it requires during a busy time of recruiting and enrolling new families. What if it didn’t have to be that way? This session will present one school’s departure from re-enrollment contracts and how a streamlined new system of "assumed re-enrollment" using old-fashioned email led to nearly 100% return by the re-enrollment deadline. We will discuss the legal implications, communications, inter-office partnerships, and payment schedules that made it all work. We’ll then open up the session to a facilitated discussion of best practices around re-enrollment. This session promises to be interactive and constructive.
