This presentation shares the systematic approach that The Langley School has implemented with current parents to drive engagement and long-term commitment. Learn the specific strategies and tactics they used to manage and forecast re-enrollment, such as on-campus events and a retention committee. Learn about the communication channels they introduced to meet the diverse preferences of our parents, such as webinars and social media. Finally, we’ll discuss the messages we are using to reinforce our value proposition and help parents spread the message into their communities.
