Open House Mgmt Series Part I: Building Attendance

April 23, 2015

With Peter Anderson

As a high-profile event often attended by senior administrators, trustees, and well-connected current parents, Open Houses are a thoroughly observed measure of the effectiveness of an admission office and its director.  Add the pressure that these days are one of the most influential starting points for word-of-mouth conversations among prospective parents, and Open Houses become perhaps the most important admission events of the year.  Most offices have spent years tweaking the day and are comfortable with their performances. But a focus on the days’ events can miss perhaps the aspect that is more influential – getting people to come.

This webinar will explore a variety of tactics for building attendance, provide an out-of-the-box timeline for office activities and look more closely at marketing that works.
