If you're having trouble logging into the Event Center to watch online sessions for AC21 please follow these steps.
Step 1 - Ask the person who purchased your pass. The person who purchased your pass set up your account with a username (email address) and password. Please note that your username and password for signing into the AC21 Event Center are not the same as your EMA account information.
If the person who purchased your pass isn't sure what your password was please proceed to the next step.
Step 2 - Reset your password at ac.enrollment.org. You can reset your password at ac.enrollment.org by clicking on the 'View Recorded Sessions' button and then 'Don't know your password? Click here to reset it.' You will be prompted to enter your email address and instructions will be sent to you to reset your password. If you don't receive this email please check your Spam or Promotions folders. The email will come from email@example.com.
If you don't receive the email please proceed to the next step.
Step 3 - Email firstname.lastname@example.org. If you can't reset your password please send us an email and we'll reset your password for you!
