Welcome to EMA's Member Minute where I’ll be teaching you an actionable strategy tip, trick, or hack to help you meet your enrollment goals and all that in about a minute.

Today’s Member Minute isn’t so much about a specific tip but rather a big picture upgrade in how we serve you! In our ongoing mission to provide you with the best possible experience, we’ve restructured our member services into two teams: Member Success and Business Development!

As part of this transformation, we are pleased to welcome Kitsana Salyphone, former director of enrollment management at The Chicago Academy for the Arts, and Jim Daughdrill, former dean of admission at McCallie School. We also congratulate Christina Dotchin on her new role as our National Director of Business Development.

The Member Success team headed by Kitsana will focus on providing you and your school with ongoing support, training, and guidance. In other words, they’re dedicated to helping you get the most out of your EMA membership.

The Business Development team headed by Christina can help you explore and adopt our enrollment toolkit including the SSAT, Character Skills Snapshot, Standard Application Online, Student Prospect List, professional development opportunities (which I’m a particular fan of) and much more.

Look for your Member Success and Business Development teams to be reaching out soon and if you have any questions I look forward to connecting with you in the Member Community!
