I don’t know about you but the last few weeks have been a little stressful. More and more of us are hosting online meetings, virtual calls, and live chats instead of in-person events. Here are my top tips for running a great online meeting.

• Ease in
• Explain the game plan 
• Lead with your heart
• Think about what matters
• Find a tool to fit (discussion, breakout groups, Q&A)
• Making mistakes is okay
