When Ethics & Hard Decision Making Collide - 2014

August 2, 2019
Each year there are some decisions that keep us awake at night. Did we make the right call? Have I made an ethical compromise or eroded the integrity of the admission process? When we contemplate these types of decisions we do so because we care about our school and our profession. This session allows for a sharing of experiences and peer-reviewed approaches to some of our hardest decision-making moments. Participants are encouraged to share past experiences and thoughtful solutions to the types of difficult decisions we all face. The goal is to broaden our thinking about admission decision making and develop a support network from which we can draw when faced with complex decision making.
