Four Things You Should Know About The Enrollment Management Association

In case you hadn’t heard, SSATB has become The Enrollment Management Association! In a recent blog, I described the input and thought behind this change, as well as how it will help to inspire and guide us in fully serving you as admission and enrollment professionals.

Below are a few quick practical tips to help you navigate our new website and make the most of your membership.

1.  Our services to families and students remains unchanged.
The site www.ssat.org will continue to help students and families in the admission process with their testing and test practice needs.  We've just released a brand new test practice program, which should help your students prepare for the SSAT in a fun, interactive online system. For all of your fee waiver prospects registering for the SSAT, the portal is FREE!

2. Your resources are still here, now at www.enrollment.org.
Our online resources are organized into four main sections: "Recruitment and Retention Tools," "Research and Knowledge," “Leadership Programs," and "Assessment.”  This online library of resources and tools will continue to expand moving forward.

3.  We’re still here too!
Our staff members are ready to answer any questions that you may have. Please update your contacts for our staff since our email addresses now end in @enrollment.org. Thank you in advance for helping us spread the word about our new name among your school colleagues.

4.  Our new name and brand will inspire more dialogue and services in the years to come.
If you haven’t yet, we encourage you to digest the new report The 2016 State of the Independent School Admission Industry. This report was sent in our membership kit (mailed mid-August).  The report will certainly remind you of the work that we must do together to build this profession and to improve our success with enrollment management in our schools.

Finally, look forward to our annual conference in Baltimore next week, which is chock-full of useful and relevant sessions, inspiring keynote speakers, and numerous networking events - it's our largest conference ever!  Hope to see you there.

EMA Members can view the full report in our Member Community.
